Online Students are encouraged to fill out the Free Application for Federal Aid (FAFSA).

Detailed information on financial aid can be obtained from the Office of Student Financial Aid. You may want to research possible grants and scholarships from outside sources.

Setting up a Bookstore Account with Financial Aid or Scholarship Funds

In order for a student to pay for textbooks with financial aid or any type of scholarship, money must be deferred to a bookstore account.
You must first submit the proper authorizations: Credit Balance Authorizations and Bookstore Deferrals

Refunding of Tuition and Fees

Student refunds are handled electronically via TouchNet. Students currently access TouchNet through ECU Pirate Port web portal to view bills, make payments, view, download, and print 1098-T tax statements, and set up tuition payment plans.
